The Waldinger Corporation Merges with Aupperle Plumbing and Heating, Inc., in North Platte, Nebraska

DES MOINES, Iowa (Dec. 2, 2024) -- The Waldinger Corporation is thrilled to announce it has merged with Aupperle Plumbing and Heating, Inc., a leading plumbing service contractor in North Platte, Nebraska. Founded by Dick Aupperle in 1968, Aupperle Plumbing and Heating performs plumbing and heating service work and small projects in the North Platte market. This is The Waldinger Corporation’s second deal in North Platte, following the 2020 purchase of Norman Refrigeration. With this partnership, Waldinger has greatly expanded its North Platte operations and can now offer clients plumbing service in addition to HVAC and refrigeration service capabilities.

All Aupperle Plumbing and Heating teammates will be retained as part of this deal and the business will continue to operate under the Aupperle brand name in North Platte. Rick Aupperle will continue with the business as a plumbing superintendent and will lead the day-to-day operations of the business.
