Field Day Brewing

Field Day Brewing Company is North Liberty, IA's,  first brewery and taproom, and Waldinger’s construction team at the Cedar Rapids branch played a key part in bringing it to life.  The brewery has the capacity to produce 3,000 barrels of beer, or 750,000 pints, which is enough to serve the entire populations of Linn, Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones and Delaware – the nearby counties in Iowa.  

The project features a rooftop HVAC unit with a 50-ton capacity, a 25-ton unit for the brewery space and a 6-ton unit for the kitchen. Other aspects of the project included installing three hoods and handling all stainless-steel work for the kitchen and managing venting for the brewing setup for their boil kettles and tanks.
