State Judicial Building

This beautiful structure, located on the state capital grounds, is home to the Iowa Supreme Court and other state organizations. The building includes multiple court rooms, judges’ chambers, additional office space and underground parking. Our mechanical system includes chilled water and hot water plants serving multiple variable air volume, air delivery systems. Acoustics, temperature and humidity control were key to this successful project.
