Krause Gateway Center - Kum & Go Headquarters

The Krause Gateway Center is a 160,000 square-foot office and retail building with two levels of underground parking and is home to the Kum & Go headquarters. 

Our electrical systems included 100% LED lighting and the following system elements: indirect lighting in open office areas, emergency backup generator, networked lighting and shade control with facility management software, addressable voice notification fire alarm with speaker/strobe and mass notification, power distribution system, branch power wiring, mechanical system power wiring, electrical measurement and verification system, site lighting and façade lighting, green roof lighting, onsite data center electrical system, communication security and AV system coordination and rough-in, redundant uninterruptable power supply system (UPS) for data center and IT loads, design and engineering, building information management (BIM) coordination and clash detection.

Our structured cabling scope includes (1,738) Category 6A network drops for voice and data connectivity, 52 12-strand fiber optic cables between server room and building IDF closets, sound masking system with 485 speakers, security card access system installation for 101 doors, security CCTV camera system installation for 87 cameras, security visitor management system, security emergency phone intercom system, distributed antenna system (DAS) installation for building cellular repeater and server room hot-aisle containment system.
