NE1 Data Center

This data center in La Vista, Nebraska provides a major internet search engine company with all of their required server capacity for the Midwestern region of the United States. Waldinger was the lead CAD manager for the project. We managed the 3D BIM process for all trades. The extensive coordination effort included architectural, electrical, mechanical, temperature controls, security, fire alarms; and data cabling under the four-foot-high raised floor.

Our field installation included all piping and ductwork, using extensive prefabrication to assure quality, cost savings, and on-time completion of the work. We completed the project on an aggressive eight-month timetable, including Level 5 commissioning. Waldinger is also providing a preventive maintenance program for the owner to ensure ongoing uninterrupted equipment operations.
